Blessings and Trials

Blessings can come in all shapes and sizes
And some can come in be in the form of surprises

Everything has a reason for being there
Even though we may not think life is always fair

God always has a purpose for us and a plan
Although we may not always understand
As Christians all we need to do is reach out
For our Lord's loving and caring hands
And he will guide us through the shadow of the land

The Lord gives and takes away
We should be grateful for the friends that are here to stay.

When we struggle with hurt and pain
We need to remember that Christ will only use it for His glory and gain!

The reason why my friends can you see?
What better reason than because he gave us the pain in our life
Is so that we could trust in Him, grow in our faith and maturity.

Great, awesome, and mighty is He.
For He will never leave those
Those who repent, and put our faith and trust in Him and believe.
