Jeremiah 10:23 says "I know O Lord, that the way of man is not in himself, that it is not in man who walks to direct his steps."
Oh that we as believers would listen to God's Word more often. I struggle with this. Learning to trust God more that He will direct my steps. God is sovereign. He is in control. I am not the driver of the car. He is. I am only a passenger who feels like she has no clue where the two of us are going/heading to. I hate that feeling of not knowing. Some days I just feel utterly lost. I'm sure you have felt that way before too. Just have to lean on Christ and rely on Him that He knows the way/the road when we don't. We need to have peace in our hearts about that.
